Maintenance concept The machine control comes with a maintenance interface as standard equipment that permits remote diagnosis when connected. As a result, Rexroth Service can diagnose oper- ating states quickly and easily and directly eliminate any error. Always on the safe side An extremely sophisticated safety concept in TEM installa- tions offers users the highest level of safety. Sensors monitor the chamber charging pressure and closing pressure to ensure they remain in the normal range. For example, the control system will not initiate the deburring process if the minimum closing pressure is not attained. Ignition is recorded by a sensor and processed in the control system. If the gas does not ignite, the installation switches off and ventilates the deburring chamber. A return lock in the gas flow system protects the equipment from uncontrolled ignition. The entire installation and system is continuously monitored for malfunctions. Status messages are output via a display on the control panel. Safety-related components (e.g. the gas detector) monitor the TEM system independently of the machine controller and shut it off if necessary. This ensures that the TEM system is in a safe state of operation at all times. Visualization of the respective machining state for individual workpieces
TEM-P 80 and TEM-P 350 – Precise and efficient deburring of workpieces in any size The TEM-P 80 and TEM-P 350 have different effective deburring chamber sizes for customized solutions. The TEM-P 80 is suitable for deburring smaller parts and the TEM-P 350 is ideal for deburring larger parts or large quan- tities of smaller workpieces.
