Occupying a space that was once
the first floor drawing room of a
large Victorian house, Studio323 is
a photographic studio.
This year, we are opening two
floors and invite visitors to enjoy a
collection of paintings,
photographs and designer leather
goods from Brighton artists, and

also to take part in an open
studio portrait project by Ted
Davis in which visitors are
invited freely to have their photo
portrait taken. All are welcome.
Photos from shoots will be
posted online and be available to
purchase as fine art prints. Ted’s
opinion is that a portrait is a
collaborative experience
between the photographer and
sitter, therefore offers visitors an
experience in participating in an
art project. They will have the
opportunity to see a photo
studio in operation, and also
engage with the other artists
showing their works in the space.
