Dear Sir,<br />
A <strong>Central</strong> <strong>Medical</strong> <strong>Board</strong> was constituted by C.M.S., <strong>CCL</strong> for examining the cases under Para <strong>9.4.0</strong> of<br />
NCWA vide office order no. CMS/<strong>9.4.0</strong> <strong>Board</strong>/2012/15110 dated 20.12.2012.<br />
Accordingly, the said <strong>Board</strong> met on 21.12.2012 at <strong>Central</strong> Hospital, Naisarai and has examined and<br />
recommended their observation which is being placed below. The same has been approved by the<br />
Competent Authority.<br />

per recommendation of <strong>Central</strong> <strong>Medical</strong> <strong>Board</strong>. The respective Area <strong>Medical</strong> Officer will take action<br />
accordingly under the supervision of C.M.S.(HQ.) <strong>CCL</strong> so that their cases could be further examined by Next<br />
<strong>Medical</strong> <strong>Board</strong> at the relevant time.<br />
