This conference gives academics and practitioners the opportunity to discuss and<br />

exchange best practices regard<strong>in</strong>g all aspects of aviation <strong>in</strong> peripheral regions.<br />

Feedback from previous years tells us that the conference is also a fantastic network<strong>in</strong>g<br />

event. After the last five forums have been held abroad (Lisbon, Bergen etc), we are<br />

delighted to br<strong>in</strong>g the conference back to its orig<strong>in</strong>s <strong>in</strong> the UK. The seventh International<br />

forum on air transport will be held <strong>in</strong> the magnificent sett<strong>in</strong>g of Cornwall. The conference<br />

theme is “Overcom<strong>in</strong>g Perceptions of Peripherality” and key speakers <strong>in</strong>clude Tom<br />

Book<strong>in</strong>g conditions<br />

On confirmation of the book<strong>in</strong>g, an <strong>in</strong>voice will be sent<br />

to you. Payment is required no later than eight weeks<br />

before the Forum or immediately for book<strong>in</strong>gs made<br />

with<strong>in</strong> eight weeks of the beg<strong>in</strong>n<strong>in</strong>g of the Forum.<br />

We regret that a fee must be charged when confirmed<br />

book<strong>in</strong>gs are cancelled. In the event of a cancellation,<br />

you may nom<strong>in</strong>ate a substitute, but if a suitable<br />

substitute cannot be found the follow<strong>in</strong>g scale of<br />

charges will apply:<br />

• More than 56 days before the forum starts, the fee<br />

is refunded <strong>in</strong> full<br />

• Cancellation 28 days or less: 40% fee is<br />

refundable<br />

• Cancellation 14 days or less: 0% of fee is<br />

refundable
