Ways to avoid fatigue (2)<br />
• Be aware of the temperature in the vehicle and<br />
check the freshness or recirculation of the air<br />
• Eat well-balanced meals at usual meal times<br />
(avoiding fatty foods)<br />
• Don‟t drink alcohol before driving<br />
• Check what prescription medicines you are taking –<br />
some can cause drowsiness.<br />
• Share the driving if possible.<br />
• If during driving you feel tired take a POWER NAP<br />
• (no more than 20 minutes)
