WELCOME TO THE 25 TH ANNUAL EUROMEETING AMSTERDAM 2013!<br />

We would like to extend our thanks to you for your planned participation in our upcoming<br />

EuroMeeting in Amsterdam. We appreciate your support and look forward to a great<br />

event!<br />

Enclosed is the 2013 <strong>Exhibitor</strong> <strong>Services</strong> <strong>Manual</strong> with all of the information you need to<br />

prepare a successful event.<br />

This <strong>Exhibitor</strong> <strong>Services</strong> <strong>Manual</strong> is a comprehensive guide to the services available at the<br />

EuroMeeting 2013. We request that exhibitors read this manual in detail and comply with<br />

all instructions. This particularly applies to the application and registration deadlines.<br />

Failure to do this will result in additional costs and surcharge to you, the <strong>Exhibitor</strong>, please<br />

give this due consideration.<br />

Please note that Technical services and additional furniture should be ordered directly<br />

through the Amsterdam RAI <strong>Exhibitor</strong> <strong>Services</strong> Web shop. To access online services,<br />

follow the instructions below:<br />

For your password enter your e-mail address and ‘click here’. Your password will be<br />

immediately sent to your e-mail address.<br />

Please make sure your familiarise yourself with the regulations, information and plans of<br />

the Amsterdam RAI listed under the dedicated areas.<br />

Other forms included in this manual, such as exhibitor and booth personnel names should<br />

be sent to DIA Europe by email: exhibition@diaeurope.org or fax: +41 6 225 51 52. Please<br />

note the deadlines for sending the respective forms. All registration forms with names of<br />

exhibitors attending the event must be received at DIA Europe by 22 February 2013 at the<br />

latest. An administrative fee of €30 per badge will be charged for all onsite registrations.<br />

NB: Booth set up is only permitted to exhibitors who have issued required payment for<br />

their booth rental order.<br />

Please ensure that you bring all electrical adaptors with you. If you are travelling from the<br />

United States, the voltage in Europe is 230V. You will need to supply your own electrical<br />

converter to convert from 110 to 230 volts. In case you do not have your own electrical<br />

converter to convert from 110 to 230 volts, you can order them onsite.<br />

Coffee breaks, lunches and receptions are included in the registration fee. If you require<br />

additional food and beverage, this must be purchased through the Amsterdam RAI. Any<br />

special event must be approved by DIA.<br />
