Profile prediction<br />

This powerful new feature enables you to predict what the effect of changing oven settings will be on the<br />

Wave Solder analysis<br />

The Insight software provides full support for analysis of the wave soldering process. Important<br />

parameters including contact time and parallelism together with a full analysis of the pre-heat zone are<br />

displayed in one easy to read table.<br />

SPC calculations<br />

Use Datapaq Insight software to confirm statistically that the soldering process is stable and capable of<br />

Rapid Oven Setup (ROS)<br />

Rapid Oven Setup is the fastest way to set up your reflow<br />

oven for new assemblies, without ever passing a board<br />

through the process.This innovative system uses a Heat<br />

Transfer Sensor to measure the heating effectiveness of<br />

your oven, then calculates the optimum oven settings for<br />

any board in two simple steps:<br />

1. ROS software reads information downloaded from the<br />

PCB’s CAD files to create a detailed thermal model.<br />

2. You then select the target temperature profile, and<br />

optimum oven settings are calculated automatically.<br />

With ROS, there is no more wasted time with trial-anderror<br />

profiling. ROS assures that you will get it right first<br />

time. ROS is sold as an addition to the <strong>Reflow</strong> <strong>Tracker</strong><br />

System.<br />

Surveyor TM<br />

For frequent, accurate monitoring of your<br />

reflow oven’s performance over time<br />

Use Surveyor to spot trends in your oven performance,<br />

and avoid running the process out of specification. The<br />

Surveyor consists of an adjustable frame, fixed temperature<br />

sensors and intuitive Surveyor software.<br />

Once the correct temperature profile has been set up, the<br />

Surveyor is passed through the oven to establish a baseline<br />

profile. Subsequent checking of the oven performance<br />

against the baseline is easily conducted by line operators.<br />

The process manager can use the built-in SPC calculations<br />

to check the process capability, ensuring any change in oven<br />

performance is quickly detected. The Surveyor is sold as an<br />

addition to the <strong>Reflow</strong> <strong>Tracker</strong> System.
