Description<br />
Circa 1830. Set back from road in grounds. Stucco; 2 storeys; slightly projecting central bay (one window); 3 sash windows<br />
overall in moulded architraves, the central with cornice hood on consoles; ground storey windows tripartite and with cornices<br />
on consoles; plain centre doorcase with rectangular fanlight and 4-panelled divided door; moulded band; plain frieze; moulded<br />
eaves cornice; blocking course. Later and modern additions on north side.[1][2]<br />
Proposed for conversion to residential 2010 [3][4]<br />
