Paul is offering ALL of his fabulous team for sale on the Elimar online auction site.
This is your chance to buy multiple winning pigeons and top stock birds.
Paul has raced pigeons for some 30 years in the Harold Hill area and the sport is about to lose this hard working fancier. Paul has not always
been able to enjoy his pigeons due to health issues; he had a brain tumor some years ago, and for the last seven years has had serious
problems with his knees which have prevented him being able to put in the work necessary for the modern day way of racing pigeons. Hence,
he has decided to finally call it a day and sell all his pigeons – which number just 27 in total.
This is only a small back garden loft but Paul has always managed to come up with great results. Many other fanciers have won with Paul’s
pigeons, too. One outstanding result was for Les Jones of Herts who won the Bordeaux National NFC race with one. Johnny Warren of
Brentwood races mainly Paul’s pigeons and has many Club and Federation winners down from his stock. Lenny King from Hull has again
many Club and Federation winners and is always keen to try new pigeons that Paul has acquired. David Beard of Chelmsford is winning with
Paul’s pigeons; one of his best results was 1st Essex Central Federation 2nd Open Essex/Kent Combine Scotch Corner with a youngster
down from his Legend x Blue Dream Pair. Blue Dream was a direct daughter of Champion Navigator, one of David Coward-Talbott’s top
pigeons, winner of 15 x 1st including 4 x 1st Essex Central Federations and 1st Essex Combine Berwick. Blue Dream herself only raced as
a baby, winning 1st Club 1st Fed Sleaford, 4th Club 4th Fed 4th Essex Combine Ripon beaten by 3 loft mates. Paul has raced mainly the van
Loons, mostly direct from his good friend David Coward-Talbott and others acquired over the years. The main other families are from
another good friend, Tony Twentyman of Durham. Tony has sent Paul down various families that he races and these have also been extremely
successful for Paul, who would like to say how he has appreciated Tony’s friendship and the quality of the pigeons he has sent down to him
over the years. There are also a few Clarke Bros of Hornchurch pigeons from the Bob Fenech Cooreman pigeons, which Paul was looking
forward to racing. Paul races only the widowhood system with the cocks, so all hens’ performances are for young bird racing only.
There are only 27 pigeons here for sale, which just emphasises that this is a small back garden loft where only the best are kept.
