will display paintings of Town
Belgium buildings. There will be
Grand Duchy souvenir, books, etc.
display. Farm machinery, steam
engines and farm tools along with
a 4-H Club display will be shown at
the Bauerenhaff.
A craft fair will be featured in the
Fireball Meeting Rooms.
A band will provide music noon
to 7 P.M.
The Fest is sponsored by church,
civic and youth groups in Town
Belgium and is held especially to
honor Luxembourgers everywhere.
The public is welcome!

Minutes of meeting
June 2, 1987
The meeting was called to order
at 8:15 p.m. with the pledge of
allegiance to the flag.
New member George Meyers
was installed by President John
Murphy.
President Murphy reported that
space was still available on the
boat trip on July 11.
Members are also reminded of
the "Day at the Races" on August
29 at Arlington Park. Tickets are
$8.50 for admission and bus from
Oscards in Morton Grove.
The picnic is coming along
nicely. Glenn Murphy is trying to
secure the liquor license. Also it
was decided to retain the same
company for children's pony rides.
Date for the picnic is July 18th.
The section will be selling 16
ounce mugs commemorating the
Centennial. Price to be announced.
Bill Hellman reported that the
section's commemorative committee
had to have everything ready
by 6-13-87 for the book.
The section's participation in the
Morton Grove 4th of July parade
was rescued by Steve Victor and
Glenn Murphy. Volunteers for
marching should contact them.
Hot dogs and beer will be provided.
Pot-of-Gold won by President
John Murphy who generously
returned $10 to the Section.
The membership then stood
giving the brotherhood sign and
rememberance of our departed
brothers.
Meeting was adjourned at 9:30
p.m.
