account for Kshs112,678.05, which was deposited in his account 10023.

the file!
Mr. Smith: In that case, I think we should retract the last record, my Lords. It is missing
from the evidence!
Dr. Khaminwa: We shall try to provide the documents. It is not there. So, for the
payment of Kshsl12,678.05--- Now, we have finished with that volume. Is that correct?

Mr. Smith: Between 5th November and 24th May, Baba Haji received payments from
Seville Investments account, Goldenberg main account and Goldenberg Diamond account
in form of five cheques and one bankers cheque. Four of the cheques and the bankers
cheque went to Prime Bank and one cheque went to Prime Capital and Credit, my Lords.
The total take was Kshs375,022,876.

the GIL Gold Account from the KSKP account from Seville Investments account. Again,
