Delivery Program
Trenomat GmbH & Co KG of Wuppertal was founded in 1965 and serves the
building industry when constructing athletics, industrial and performing arts
facilities. The Door Division specialises in developing and designing custom
solutions for extremely large doors and partitions, selling primarily to purchasers
from industry, aviation and shipbuilding – in more than 30 countries. Installation
is handled, worldwide, by our own staff. Sales agencies and after-sales service
bases are maintained in many countries.
Big gates
Efficiency through simplicity was the central idea driving the development of our
vertical acting Big Gates. Light in weight, stable, rugged and maintenancefriendly,
they are suitable for extremely wide and high openings in industrial
buildings. Gates of up to 42 x 48 m have already been built and even greater
dimensions are possible. This represents the perfect solution for shipbuilding
berths when the opening to be closed is above dock doors, bridges or rails or
is directly over water.
Crane way doors
More than 1,000 crane way doors made by Trenomat are in daily use worldwide.
They are supplied for use above sliding doors, with floor guidance on request.
Designs measuring 36 x 8 m have already been built; larger sizes can be supplied.
Versions incorporating thermal and acoustic insulation are a speciality. Finishing
according to customer specifications is available.
Internal partitions
These large, vertically folding partitions were specially developed for use in
industrial buildings and are available in single or double shell versions. They can
be made up from inflammable materials and offer excellent sound-proofing and
heat insulation qualities. Capable of accommodating the largest dimensions.
Internal partitions of up to 150 x 40 m have already been built. Especially suitable
for subdividing aircraft hangars for spray painting in one section of the building
while maintenance work is being carried out in the rest of the hangar.
