Extreme Umgebungsbedingungen
Großtore von Trenomat wurden für rauhe
Umgebungseinflüsse entwickelt, bei denen die Tore
Feuchtigkeit, Staub, Kälte, Hitze, hohen Windlasten,
Korrosion und anderen Extremen ausgesetzt sind.
Sie zeichnen sich durch hohe Isolierwerte auf
Grund von Spezialdichtungen an den Seiten und
am Boden und durch den Luftzwischenraum
zwischen den beiden nahtlosen äußeren Behängen
des Torblatts aus.
Die Stärke des Torblatts bzw. der horizontal
angeordneten Fachwerkträger ist variabel und richtet
sich nach den zu erwartenden Windlasten.
Dadurch kann jede Windlastanforderung auch in
Küstennähe problemlos und wirtschaftlich sinnvoll
erfüllt werden.

Extreme environmental conditions
Big Gates by Trenomat were developed to withstand
tough ambient conditions where gates are exposed
to humidity, dust, frost, heat, high wind loads,
corrosion, and other extremes. They feature high
insulating values owing to special seals on both sides
and at the ground and thanks to the air space between
the gate’s two seamless, external shells.
The thickness of the horizontal latticework panels is
variable and the choice will depend in part on the
anticipated wind loads.
Thus any wind load requirement – including the high
winds found near the shore – can be handled at
reasonable costs and without any problems.
