development. ESA contributes to the generation <strong>of</strong> knowledge <strong>and</strong> evolution <strong>of</strong><br />

scientific thought on hunger <strong>and</strong> poverty alleviation through its economic studies<br />

publications which <strong>in</strong>clude this work<strong>in</strong>g paper series as well as periodic <strong>and</strong><br />
