The goal of this conference is to provide critical care and intermediate care nurses with
current information related to clinical practice, professional growth and recent health
care trends.

Featured Speakers
Lorraine Micheletti, BSN, MA, CCRN, is nurse manager in ICU, CCU and Telemetry
at Lower Bucks Hospital, Bristol, Pennsylvania. In 2004 she received the Excellence in
Critical Care Management Award from the Southeastern Pennsylvania Chapter of the
American Association of Critical Care Nurses (AACN) and served as president of the
local chapter from 2007 to 2008. Lorraine’s experience includes positions as nurse
manager, director of critical care and clinical nurse educator. She is a nationally known
lecturer, legal consultant and active member of AACN. Lorraine was a featured speaker
at the 2006, 2007 and 2010 Facets in Critical Care Nursing conferences.
Kay Wagner, RN, MSN, CTM, has been a registered nurse for more than 25 years,
mainly focused in critical care. Kay obtained a diploma in nursing from The Toledo
Hospital School of Nursing and graduated summa cum laude from Saginaw Valley
State University. She is in the dissertation phase of completing her Doctorate in Health
Administration from Central Michigan University. Kay lectures locally and nationally on
the topic of humor in health care and has been featured on the American Association of
Critical-Care Nurses Education website.

limited to a full refund of registration fees.
Grosh Medical Education Fund
Since 1944, the Grosh Medical Education Fund has made significant contributions to
the advancement of medical education in northwest Ohio. Established in memory
of Lawrence Chamberlain Grosh, MD, who was chief of staff at Toledo Hospital from
1931 to 1943, the Grosh Medical Education Fund supports both medical education
and research.
