cancellation is received (in writing or by phone) no later than Wednesday,
September 26, 2012. Refunds will not be given for failure to attend. If this meeting
is cancelled for any reason, including labor strikes or acts of nature, liability is
limited to a full refund of registration fees.
Grosh Medical Education Fund
Since 1944, the Grosh Medical Education Fund has made significant contributions to
the advancement of medical education in northwest Ohio. Established in memory
of Lawrence Chamberlain Grosh, MD, who was chief of staff at Toledo Hospital from
1931 to 1943, the Grosh Medical Education Fund supports both medical education
and research.
