You can also setup the views assigned to users from the Pilot's Views pane:
1. Right click in the Views pane and select Select Views...
2. The Properties window opens, showing the Views available for the user currently logged on.
Select or deselect views as necessary.
Administrators can also copy the view settings of a user to one or several other users:
1. Select the user you want to copy the settings from, and go to View > Copy Views (or click right
that user and select Copy Views).
2. Select the user you want to give the settings to, and go to View > Paste Views (or click right
that user and select Paste Views).
For Non-Administrator Users
As a non-administrator user, you can only remove some of the available views for yourself. You cannot
add views that the administrator disabled, or change the views for another user.
In the example below, the Milestones and Hot Folders views are not available because the
administrator disabled them for this user.
