LOGISTICS<br />
QNET provides reliable global logistics services to its<br />
customers. Fully integrated with IRs’ Virtual Office, various<br />
international couriers and QNET’s Global Support Centre<br />
(GSC), our Integrated Logistics System, created by QNET<br />
Global IT, enables a seamless product fulfilment operation,<br />
which ships thousands of products every day to IRs and<br />
retail customers who are spread throughout the world. Our<br />
warehouses are supported by an advanced Warehouse<br />
Management System that assimilates numerous international<br />
distribution centres in Malaysia and the UAE.<br />
Upon completion of order processing, QNET’s Integrated<br />
Logistics System automatically syncs Air Waybill information<br />
with the Virtual Office, enabling IRs to track their shipment’s<br />
milestones online, in real-time, 24 hours a day, from anywhere<br />
in the world. Logistics milestones cover step-by-step delivery<br />
information from point of pick-up, uplift, depart origin, arrival<br />
destination, customs clearance, right up until the product<br />
arrives at their door or local QNET office.<br />
QNET also engages 50 agents and stockists around the<br />
globe to help customers in almost instant pick-up of their<br />
product at their nearest location. These services allow<br />
customers to receive their products minutes after they have<br />
ordered them.
