for the Queen of England herself!
Most recently Chef Tommy, together with Siam
Winery hosted an exquisite wine dinner at Sabai
Restaurant in August 2012, showcasing Tommy's
unparalleled skill in the kitchen as well as some
perfect wine pairings from Siam Winery.
The menu itself gives you just some idea of what
culinary delights can be enjoyed at Sabai and what
Chef Tommy can entice you with. Starting with a
Fine de Claire Oyster, poached in Champagne butter
sauce with cucumber spaghetti and keta caviar,
partnered with the fresh crispness of Cassillero Del
