<strong>Vinavil</strong> <strong>CA</strong>/R is a non-plasticized polyvinyl acetate aqueous dispersion, with high solids content,<br />
particularly suitable for adhesive formulations.<br />

SPECIFIC PROPERTIES<br />
<strong>Vinavil</strong> <strong>CA</strong>/R is a vinyl acetate homopolymer whose high solid content and macromolecular structure<br />
allow a fast setting time and high cohesive bonding even at high temperature .<br />
These features make it particularly suitable for the manufacture of wood, paper and board adhesives.<br />
Wood adhesives<br />
Wood adhesives based on <strong>Vinavil</strong> <strong>CA</strong>/R are ideal for bonding wood and similar either with or without<br />
plastic laminates, in hot and cold conditions.<br />
Thanks to it’s quick initial setting time <strong>Vinavil</strong> <strong>CA</strong>/R can be used with high speed gluing machines (e.g. :<br />
forging press and curling machines):<br />
It can be used in the building sector, to make parquet adhesives.<br />

high speed automatic packaging machines.<br />
<strong>Vinavil</strong> <strong>CA</strong>/R is also suitable for book binding formulations.<br />

<strong>Vinavil</strong> <strong>CA</strong>/R is available in bulk and in 125 Kg. drums.<br />
STORAGE<br />
<strong>Vinavil</strong> <strong>CA</strong>/R is stable for at least 6 months when stored between +5°C and +40°C.<br />
