Dimensions and Pressure Ratings<br />
NIBCO CPVC-CTS tube and fittings are manufactured to the<br />
material and dimensional requirements of ASTM D 2846. Each<br />
product can be easily identified by the tan color. The outside<br />
diameter of the tube has the same dimension as the equivalent<br />
size copper tube; therefore, the product line is referred to as<br />
CPVC-CTS (Copper Tube Size).<br />
The tube meets the dimensional requirements of SDR-11<br />
(Standard Dimension Ratio). Through the ratio of tube O.D.-towall<br />
thickness, SDR design maintains the same pressure rating<br />
regardless of size . Tube dimensions and pressure ratings are<br />
shown below. All dimensions are in inches.<br />
