with grandmother Barbara
Whitener enjoy their newly
the City of Elkhart and NeighborWorks America to renovate this
10 unit apartment complex. In the fall of 2009 a local contractor
was hired to install a geothermal HVAC system including new
ventilation for bathrooms and kitchens. Tenants can expect a
30% or more decrease in utility bills starting now. Our mission
is to make our rentals SAFE, QUALITY and AFFORDABLE!
