1. Pursuant to DepED Order Nos. 34, s. 2007, 30, s. 2008, 51, s. 2009, 68, 88
s. 2010, and 11, s. 2011, the Department of Dduiation lDepEd) requires all the
Regional Directors (RDsi to immediatety submit the Reports on the Status of Al1
Private Elementary and Secondary Schools under their areas of respoDsibility on or
before \tuly 31, 201f. These reports shall be addressed to tlre oFtce of the
S€crctary, 2nd Floor, Rizat I Building, Dcpa ment of Fducatiod (DepEd), DcpEd
Complex, Meralco Avenue, Pasig Ciry 1601, and the Lists of all private schools
nationwide shall be posted at b1!A!:!r4rry.depc(tg9!.pb.
2. Eac}]. Regional Report contains the following: lfuts of private schools and
addresses by level end by division; and theh statua whether they (1) have permit to
operate, (2) have recognition, (31 have acffeditation, or (4) havc voluntarily ceased
thch operation, or (5) havc been ordered closed by DepEd within the last five (5)
years- Pleasc see Enctosure Nos. 1A (form for llsting elementaiy schools) and 19 lform
for listing s€condary schools).
3. Moreover, the RDs and Schoois Division/City Supedntendents (SDSS) shafl
require tlle concemed pe$onnel and st'a{I to post thesc lists of schools in the
bulletin boa:rds at the regional arrd division offices, municrpal halls and otier
conspicuous places. The regional and division offlces are advised to encourage parenls
to check whethcr the pdvate schools whe.e they intend to euoll thcir children is duly
permitted or recognized by this Department.
