BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE
If YOUhave a gray haired mother, in
an old henre far away,
Sit down and write her a lstter you
put off from ddy to day,
Don’t wait till her tired steps reach
Heaven’s Pearly gates,
But show her that you think of her,
before it is too late.
If you’ve a tender message or a lov-
ing word to say,
Don’t wait till you forget it, hut
whisper it today.
Who knows what later memories may
haunt you if you wait,
So make your metier happy beforp it
is tio late.
We people live in the pre’cent, our
future is unknown,.
Tomorrow is a myst~ry, today is all
our own.
The chance that fortune le~d~ ~~ to,
may vanish while you wsit;
So send life’s richest treasures be.
fore it is too tlate.
The tepder word unspoken, the letter
never sent,
The long forgotten messaEe, the
%-reathof love unspent—
For these some heart is breaking, for
these some loved on~’ ~ait,
So show them that you care for them,
before it is too late.
