that the Company is in violation of Article 18.<br />
During pre-trip inspection, Trailer No. FSTZ820890 was<br />
found to have expired federal inspection. Management<br />
was notified however the trailer was re-dispatched<br />
without the problem being reviewed or corrected<br />
(Grievance #53024).<br />
