N-11-128: Local 170 v. UPS, Worcester, MA<br />

On behalf of all affected employees, Union alleges a<br />

violation of Articles 43, 47 and all others that<br />

apply. The Company failed to pay mileage feeder<br />

drivers the paid twenty (20) minute break at the end<br />

of ten (10) hours.<br />

N-11-129: Local 804 v. UPS, Long Island City, NY<br />

On behalf of Brian Madden, Union alleges that the<br />

Company is in violation of Article 43. Sleeper teams<br />

are going to the Nassau facility and Foster Avenue<br />

with a set of doubles, breaking the set and moving the<br />

loads to other facilities. It has been a longstanding<br />

past practice that the Local Feed drivers<br />

move the loads after the Sleeper Team drops them.<br />

Company is in violation of Article 43, and all others<br />

that apply. The Sleeper Teams listed in this<br />

<strong>grievance</strong> worked Sunday, July 4th and were not paid<br />

double mileage for the holiday as per the Local 804<br />

Supplemental language.<br />

performed at the beginning of a sleeper run.<br />
