<strong>Nova</strong> Bar modules are hanged up onto the <strong>Nova</strong> Bar base jigs. The modules are first filled <strong>with</strong> the<br />
substrates. Substrates may be put into the modules directly. After the last substrate the cover plate is<br />
plugged in <strong>and</strong> fixes the substrates. The axles of the substrates are tilt upwards by e. g. 26° to avoid<br />
the substrate changing their positions <strong>and</strong> optimize the orientation of the functional surfaces towards<br />
the evaporators.<br />
The filled module can be placed into different positions in the base jig. With this one module can take<br />
substrates of different length. The si<strong>de</strong>s of the module may be adapted to your substrate to achieve<br />
proper masking. For reground <strong>tools</strong> spacers can be ad<strong>de</strong>d in the back of the module. The quantity of<br />
modules per level will <strong>de</strong>pend on the size of modules.<br />
