These nova fixtures have a number of holes <strong>for</strong> e. g. <strong>drills</strong> on the circumference, drilled at an angle of<br />
15°. Insi<strong>de</strong> of the module is a fence so that twisted <strong>drills</strong> acc. to DIN 338 will be coated approx. 1mm<br />
over the flute. Filled <strong>with</strong> these <strong>drills</strong> a diameter at the tips of dp = 650mm is reached. The quantity of<br />
substrates per module <strong>and</strong> the distance from tool tip to tool tip (s1 – s2) can be found in the chart.<br />
More substrates per module are possible, if lower values <strong>for</strong> s 1 – s 2 are acceptable.<br />
The substrates axles are shifted from level to level, so each has maximum free line of sight to the<br />
evaporators. Modules <strong>for</strong> different substrate sizes but <strong>with</strong> i<strong>de</strong>ntical d p may be stacked directly upon<br />
each other, so after each 100mm a new level will follow. It is recommen<strong>de</strong>d to start at the bottom <strong>with</strong><br />
the modules <strong>for</strong> the <strong>short</strong>er substrates. To build a batch an additional base jig is (page 38) required.<br />
