These nova fixtures have a high number of holes on the circumference, drilled at an angle of 15°.<br />
These holes can be filled <strong>with</strong> <strong>drills</strong>, mills, punches or bolts. Insi<strong>de</strong> of the module there is a fence in<br />
that position that twisted <strong>drills</strong> acc. to DIN 338 will be coated approx. 1mm more than the flute length<br />
is. Filled <strong>with</strong> these <strong>drills</strong> a diameter at the tips of dp = 260mm is reached.<br />
The quantity of substrates per module <strong>and</strong> the distance from tool tip to tool tip (s 1 – s 2) can be found<br />
in the chart below. Higher quantity of substrates per module is generally possible, if lower values <strong>for</strong><br />
s 1 – s 2 are acceptable. The axles of the substrates are shifted from level to level, so each substrate<br />
has maximum free line of sight to the evaporators.<br />
Modules <strong>for</strong> different substrate sizes but <strong>with</strong> i<strong>de</strong>ntical d p may be stacked directly upon each other, so<br />
after each 100mm a new level will follow. It is recommen<strong>de</strong>d to start at the bottom <strong>with</strong> the modules<br />
<strong>for</strong> the <strong>short</strong>er substrates.<br />
