E. Repots<br />

1. Monthly Reports<br />

The Team Ltader shall prepare and submit to GRM and CDO/Bamako two copies each<br />

of a brief monthly report in English and French on progress and problems<br />

encountered in carrying out the work of the field team under this contract.<br />

The report will be submitted within ten (10) days after the end of the month.<br />

2. Annual Reports<br />

Annual progress reports will be submitted shortly after the end of each<br />

1 2 -month period. These reports will be prepared by the field team and reviewed<br />

by the Contractor's senior home office stpff. These reports will include<br />

achievements, problems, and objectives for the next 12 month-period. Teft<br />

copies in French and one (1) in English will be submitted to the GRM and three<br />

copies each in English to AID qashington, REDSO/Abidjan and CDO/Bamako. Annual<br />

reports shall be submitted within sixty (60) days following the end of each<br />

12-month period.<br />

3. Final_ eports<br />

The Contractor will prepare and submit to the GRM and to AID a final report<br />

on activities under this contract. The report shall provide a discussion of<br />

the activities of the team and a discussion of the progress of the Project,<br />

along with recommendations of the Contractor for future GRM activities and<br />

further foreign assistance if considered desirable. The report will be due<br />

not less than ninety (90) days following the completion of field services or<br />

termination of this contract, unless termination is under conditions of<br />

force maeure as described in Article XII D of this contract in which case
