ARTICLE II - ADVISOR ASSIGNMENTS

4. The Contractor shall undertake to supply the services of the following
persons for the field team positions indicated:
1. Team Leader
Raleigh Yuhas
2. Animal Husbandry Specialist Henry Vqn Blake
3. Animal Husbandry Specialist Warren C. R-utman
h. Livestock & Range Management Specialist James F. D'Amelic.
5. Small Farmer Credit Advisor Lhrry W. Harms
B. The personnel specified above are considered to be essential to the work
being performed hereunder. Prior to diverting any of the specified individuals
to other programs, the Contractor shall notify the GRM reasonably in advance
and shall submit justification (including proposed substitutions) in sufficient
detail to permit evaluation of the impact on the program. No diversion shall
be made by the Contractor without the written consent of the GRM and AID;
provided, that the GRM may ratify in writing such diversion and such ratifi­
cation shall constitute the consent of the GRM required by this clause. The
listing of personnel may, with the consent of the cont.acting parties, be
:mended from time to time during the course of the contract to either add or
delee personnel, as appropriate.
C. In the event the Contractor is requimd to replace any advisor under this
contract, the Contractor agrees to ppovide biographical data and salary history
to the GRM. No replacement advisor will be sent to Mali without the written
approval of the GRM.
