The outputdata file is an unformatted (unblocked SERVICE/afterburner
format) one with the following structure:
The hole file consists of pairs of header records and data records,
The header record is an integer array of 8 elements.
The format of the outputfile is GRIB
(Currently this option only works for TYPE=20, 30, 50 or 70)
HEAD7 any integer This parameter is for personal use.
All header records (unblocked SERVICE/afterburner format)
take this value as their 7th element.
The contents of the header record are:
1. Word: ECMWF field code
2. Word: level (1-19) or pressure [Pa]
3. Word: date [yymmdd] (yymm00 for monthly means)
4. Word: time [hh] (-1 for monthly means)
5. Word: 1st dimension of the data array
6. Word: 2nd dimension of the data array
7. Word: may be set using the parameter HEAD7
8. Word: experiment number (extracted from inputdata filename)
