<strong>CONCEALED</strong> <strong>HINGES</strong><br />
• Silentia Series 200 hinges are the original cabinet hinge with a soft close<br />
mechanism fully integrated within the hinge cup<br />
• The soft-close mechanism is completely hidden from view within the hinge cup<br />
• Suitable for doors up to 1-1/4” thick while maintaining minimal gaps between doors<br />
• Large overlays possible: up to 24mm<br />
• All steel hinge is nickel plated for corrosion resistance and is permanently self<br />
lubricating utilizing environmentally safe lubricants<br />
Hinge cup depth must<br />
• Silentia Series 200 thick door soft-close hinges have:<br />
be bored 15.5mm deep<br />
- Cup depth of 15.5mm<br />
- Hinge cup edge drilling distance of 3mm to 9mm<br />
- Patented parallel side-to-side adjustment of +4.5mm to -1.5mm via hinge arm screw<br />
• Available in two cup fastening designs: “Screw-on” with two #6 x 5/8” screws (not included) and “Press-in” dowels<br />
• Series 200 hinges are designed to work with all Salice mounting plates described on pages B-44 to B-46<br />
packing: Full box quantity of 100 hinges for 155 degree hinges and full box quantity of 300 hinges for 94 degree hinges.<br />

Hinge Cup Depth Gauges<br />
To insure the correct hinge cup boring depth is achieved,<br />
always use the Silentia cup depth gauge during the initial<br />
set up of your drilling machine.<br />

For Series 200 thick door Silentia hinges, use the 15.5mm<br />
depth gauge item #UBD2A6AC3SN on page B-54.<br />
