• Shallow drilling depth remains unchanged from standard TEC 864 series, 13/32” (10.5mm)<br />
• The closing force automatically adjusts to the door size and weight<br />
• Made in USA – all the same features of the standard TEC 864 series hinges plus soft-close<br />
• Three dimensional adjusting hinge, cam side adjustment (+/- 1.5mm) cam depth adjustment<br />
(2.5mm out .5mm in) and slotted screw height adjustment (+/-2mm)<br />
• Wrap style base plate design makes for easy door installation on 3/4” thick face frames<br />
• Available in both 42mm and 45mm boring pattern doweled hinge cup for machine insertion<br />
• Uses #6 x 5/8” flat head for hinge cup and #8 x 3/4 pan head screws to fasten base plate to face frame (see page B-53)<br />

• Made in USA – all metal construction exceeds industry standards for weight and closing cycles<br />
• Hinge features a shallow cup depth of 10.5mm (13/32”) – perfect for edge profile doors<br />
• Face frame mounting plate has locating tabs for easy fastening to face frames<br />
• Drilling distance for all overlays is 2.5mm ( 3/32”) from door edge<br />
• For door thickness from 1/2” to 3/4”<br />
• Use #8 x3/4” pan head screw to mount to face frame and #6 x 5/8” flat head screws to attach<br />
hinge cup to door (see page B-53 for screws)<br />
• Side adjustment can be achieved using 1/16” spacer (see page B-53)<br />
