Grove City.<br />
Gregg closely<br />

the Wolverines’ line play.<br />
Gregg started each of his final three<br />
seasons at center for Grove City. In<br />
2007, he served as team co-captain. He<br />
capped his career by playing on a Division<br />
III all-star team that represented the<br />
United States against Mexico in the<br />
Aztec Bowl.<br />
Gregg earned First Team All-Presidents’<br />
Athletic Conference in both his<br />
junior and senior season.<br />
He also earned Second Team All-<br />
PAC as a sophomore.<br />
A graduate of Hopewell High<br />
School, Gregg graduated with a<br />
bachelor’s degree in <strong>com</strong>munication in<br />
May 2008.<br />
Joe Walters<br />
ASSOCIATE ATHLETIC DIRECTOR<br />
Joe Walters is in<br />
his 14th season<br />
as associate athletic<br />
director at<br />
Grove City.<br />
He is also <strong>com</strong>pliancecoordinator<br />
for the<br />
Grove City College<br />
athletic department.<br />
Prior to be<strong>com</strong>ing associate athletic<br />
director, Walters spent 24 seasons as<br />
an assistant <strong>football</strong> coach.<br />
He is also the head men’s and<br />
women’s tennis coach at the College.<br />
He has <strong>guide</strong>d the men’s program to 18<br />
consecutive Presidents’ Athletic Conference<br />
titles.<br />
In May, Walters led Grove City’s<br />
women’s team to its first-ever berth in<br />
the NCAA Championship Tournament.<br />
Walters is a 1968 graduate of Slippery<br />
Rock State College. then He earned<br />
his master’s of education from SRSC in<br />
1972. Slippery Rock inducted Walters<br />
into its Athletic Hall of Fame in 2008.<br />
Dave Lacinski<br />

Dave Lacinski<br />
is in his third season<br />
as Grove<br />
City’s wide receivers<br />
coach.<br />
A 1998 graduate<br />
of Geneva<br />
College, Lacinski<br />
joined the staff<br />
prior to the<br />
2007 season.<br />
During his first two years at Grove<br />
City, he has played a major role in the<br />
development of Grove City’s passing<br />
game while fostering a young group of<br />
receivers.<br />
Lacinski played quarterback at<br />
Geneva, helping the Golden Tornadoes<br />
to an 11-2 record and a top-five national<br />
ranking in the NAIA poll in his senior<br />
season, 1997.<br />
Lacinski graduated from Geneva<br />
with a bachelor’s degree in business administration.<br />
He also owns a master of science<br />
degree in financial planning from Kansas<br />
State University.<br />
Susan Roberts<br />

Susan Roberts<br />
is in her 12th<br />
year as associate<br />
athletic director<br />
at Grove<br />
City College.<br />
This fall, Roberts<br />
is entering<br />
her 25th season<br />
as Grove CIty’s<br />
head volleyball<br />
coach. She has <strong>guide</strong>d Grove City to<br />
522 wins and nine Presidents’ Athletic<br />
Conference titles as head coach.<br />
In 1985, Roberts led Grove City to<br />
a 41-0 regular-season record and a No.<br />
1 national ranking. She earned AVCA<br />
Coach of the Year honors that year.<br />
Roberts also directed Grove City to<br />
ECAC crowns in 1994, 1995 and 2001.<br />
She also coached basketball (1985-<br />
93) and softball (1994-98) at Grove City.<br />
She earned her bachelor’s degree in<br />
physical education from Ohio University<br />
in 1975 and then earned her master’s<br />
degree in biomechanics from the University<br />
of Arizona.<br />

Kay Mitchell<br />
Emigh is in her<br />
24th year as the<br />
College’s head<br />
athletic trainer<br />
and her 25th<br />
overall year at<br />
Grove City.<br />
Considered as<br />
one of the top<br />
collegiate athletic<br />
trainers in the country, Emigh<br />
earned her bachelor’s of science degree<br />
from Slippery Rock University in 1983.<br />
She also received a master’s of education<br />
from Slippery Rock in 1986.<br />
A native of Elizabeth, Pa., Emigh is a<br />
member of the National Athletic Trainers<br />
Association (NATA), the Eastern Athletic<br />
Trainers Association (EATA) and the<br />
Pennsylvania Athletic Trainers’ Society.<br />
Emigh also served as the northwest<br />
representative for the Pennsylvania Athletic<br />
Trainers’ Society Board of Directors<br />
from 2001-2004.<br />
She lives in Liberty Township with<br />
her husband, Tom.<br />
