3.2 OTHER SOURCE SYSTEMS P a g e | 21 Other sources contributing data to the Data Ware house, include small source systems which contain data pertaining to employee details, agent training programs and FSP details, expense related information, agent details, customer care segment of ICICI Prudential and these are named DB2, DB3, DB4 etc. Of these minor source systems which directly loads into the data ware house without having to go through an intermediary, thus instead of only updating with an incremental load, a full load is taken into the system. The source system which details with customer care section is another important system, typically it runs daily after one run of the DW is completed. It primarily extracts the following three types of data the ware house: (i)Call related data (ii) Upsell data (pitching) (iii) Leads generated from upsell 3.3 DOWNSTREAM APPLICATIONS DSys1 DSys2 DSys3 It is an end user system which captures data about payouts of advisors. This data is populated from the data ware house. A separated workflow is created to load data into this system. This data is used in determining commissions for advisors. It captures data for Sales force Automation (SFA) team. It contains data related to Agents/Unit Managers/Senior Managers and above. Application is used to update various sales parameters which is accessed by Agents/Unit Managers/Senior Managers and above. Sales related expenses and Manual related expenses captures data from the expense related source system as well as from the warehouse for finance team for finance reporting purpose. This data is used during budgeting and planning as well. To cater to this requirement the project called Branch Health Indicator had been initiated. Branch Health indicator will provide with different business aspects like Closing AUM, Profitability and Quality scores of the Branch.
