DESCRIPTION: Multiple cassette of the same type.<br />
RECOMMENDED ACTION:<br />
NMD dispenser allows for only one of each cassette ID to be installed. Verify each cassette ID. Replace<br />
cassette or Inject New Cassette ID.<br />
ERROR CODE: 500<br />
DESCRIPTION: SPED Read <strong>Error</strong>.<br />
RECOMMENDED ACTION:<br />
Verify all SPED connections. Restart the operating system. Clear any errors conditions. Inspect the<br />
battery for a voltage reading of greater than 2.8 VDC. Replace SPED battery is below 2.8 VDC.<br />
Replace SPED module if error persists.<br />
