shipping firms, and governments of
receiving and sending countries, and other
stakeholders such as crewing agencies,
seafarer unions, maritime schools, and
international labor and multilateral
organizations, with regards to upgrading
the industry, promoting seafarers‟ welfare,
and decent work on board ships.
