XVI. Ms. Winkler moved to deny Ms. Gina Segno’s appeal to reverse the decision made by the<br />
<strong>Board</strong> in the 12/7/12 <strong>Board</strong> Meeting; which was to deny acceptance <strong>of</strong> coursework to<br />
meet Nevada educational requirements (NAC 641A.085). Seconded by Mr. Harrison.<br />
This motion passed unanimously.<br />
XVII. Dr. Unthank moves to acknowledge Ms. Rita Nesheiwat’s request to dissolve<br />
secondary supervision with Ms Susan Blesch <strong>and</strong> Mr. Richard Harrison. Dr. Huggins<br />
seconded. Mr. Harrison abstains. Motion passes.<br />
XVIII. Dr. Unthank moved to accept Mr. Br<strong>and</strong>on Lane’s MFT-Internship experience hours<br />
toward his CPC Internship. Seconded by Dr. Huggins. Motion passed unanimously.<br />
XIX. Motion was made by Ms. Winkler to deny the practice <strong>of</strong> accepting third party<br />
background checks. However, the <strong>Board</strong> would like to learn more about organizations<br />
who act as third part background check providers.<br />
XX. Items <strong>for</strong> future agendas include<br />
1. The next (1)<strong>Board</strong> Meeting was scheduled <strong>for</strong> Friday, <strong>February</strong> 22 nd , <strong>2013</strong> @ 9:30am.<br />
2. <strong>Board</strong> Interviews were scheduled <strong>for</strong> Wednesday, <strong>February</strong> 20 th , <strong>2013</strong> in Las Vegas.<br />
3. The following (2)<strong>Board</strong> Meeting was scheduled <strong>for</strong> March 1 st , <strong>2013</strong> @ 9:30am<br />
XXI. Public Comment. – There was no public comment.<br />
XXII. Ms. Sutherl<strong>and</strong> motioned to adjourn meeting at 10:58 am. Seconded by Dr. Unthank.<br />
