Weight and Usage Limitations:<br />
The maximum weight limit of each <strong>Stroller</strong> Pannier is 8 lbs (3.5 kg), for a total of 16 lbs<br />
(7 kg) when using both <strong>Panniers</strong> on the <strong>Stroller</strong>. Always use both <strong>Panniers</strong> on the<br />
<strong>Stroller</strong> and make sure to even out the weight between the two <strong>Panniers</strong>.<br />

Death or Serious Injury Can Occur<br />
Do not let others install or use the Orbit <strong>Stroller</strong> <strong>Panniers</strong> without reading all<br />
instructions fi rst.<br />
Never exceed 8 lbs (3.5 kg) in each <strong>Stroller</strong> Pannier.<br />
Always use two <strong>Stroller</strong> <strong>Panniers</strong>, one on each side of the <strong>Stroller</strong>.<br />
<strong>Stroller</strong> <strong>Panniers</strong> are intended for cargo use only. Never use your <strong>Panniers</strong> for<br />
carrying children or live animals.<br />
Make sure your <strong>Stroller</strong> Pannier is locked securely onto the <strong>Stroller</strong> before loading.<br />
Never lift or carry your <strong>Stroller</strong> by the <strong>Panniers</strong>.<br />
PINCH HAZARD: Make sure all fi ngers and hands are free from the Pannier<br />
Clamps, Clip, and Locking Carry Handle when attaching, removing, or collapsing.<br />

<strong>Panniers</strong><br />
The <strong>Panniers</strong> can be attached onto the Orbit<br />
<strong>Stroller</strong> on either side of the SmartHub ring.<br />
Attaching the <strong>Panniers</strong><br />
1. Lift up on the Locking Carry Handle to open<br />
the Pannier Clamps.<br />
3. Position the Pannier Clamps over the<br />
triangular tubes at the sides of the <strong>Stroller</strong><br />
frame (Photo A).<br />
4. Lower the Locking Carry Handle until it<br />
touches the Pannier Frame, closing the<br />
Pannier Clamps on the <strong>Stroller</strong> Frame (Photo<br />
B). Make sure Pannier is securely attached by<br />
gently lifting up on the Pannier Frame.<br />
Removing the <strong>Panniers</strong><br />
1. Make sure the Pannier Frame is unfolded, in<br />
its horizontal position.<br />
2. Lift up on the Locking Carry Handle to open<br />
the Pannier Clamps (Photo C).<br />
3. Lift the Pannier fully off of the <strong>Stroller</strong> with the<br />
Locking Carry Handle.<br />
Collapsing & Folding Your<br />
<strong>Panniers</strong><br />
The <strong>Panniers</strong> can be collapsed and then folded<br />
on the <strong>Stroller</strong> when not in use.<br />
Folding the <strong>Panniers</strong> while on the <strong>Stroller</strong><br />
1. Pull both ends of the black Clip together and<br />
fasten, collapsing the Pannier (Photo D).<br />
2. Press the two green Folding Buttons at<br />
the same time to fold the Pannier Frame<br />
downwards, against the <strong>Stroller</strong> (Photo E).<br />
Unfolding the <strong>Panniers</strong><br />
1. Lift the Pannier Frame until it clicks at the<br />
horizontal position.<br />
2. Release Clip to expand the Pannier.<br />
Using the Rain Fly<br />
1. Pull out the Rain Fly from the Rain Fly Pocket<br />
and spread it over the Pannier opening.<br />
2. Choose from three sets of Button Holes<br />
depending on height of goods in your<br />
Pannier. Fit the Button Holes over the green<br />
Rain Fly Anchors (Photo F).<br />

Always use both <strong>Panniers</strong> with the Orbit<br />
<strong>Stroller</strong> (Photo G).<br />
The Orbit <strong>Stroller</strong> can still be folded with<br />
both <strong>Panniers</strong> collapsed and attached to<br />
the <strong>Stroller</strong> frame (Photo H).<br />
The <strong>Panniers</strong> can be used on your Orbit<br />
<strong>Stroller</strong> with any Orbit seat in forwardfacing<br />
or rear-facing position (Photo I).<br />
Cleaning Your <strong>Panniers</strong><br />
Removing the Pannier to Clean<br />
1. Release the hook and loop closures on the<br />
Pannier to separate it from the metal Pannier<br />
Frame (Photo J).<br />
2. Remove the stiff board from the pocket on the<br />
underside of the Pannier (Photo K).<br />
Cleaning the Pannier Bag<br />
The Pannier Bag, removable Rain Fly, and all<br />
other hard parts can be spot cleaned using a<br />
damp cloth. Do not submerge in water. Line dry.<br />
Reattaching the Pannier Bag<br />
1. Replace the Pannier Board in the pocket on<br />
the bottom of the Pannier.<br />
2) Secure the top fl ap of the Pannier over the<br />
Pannier Frame and secure the hook and loop<br />
closures (Photo L).<br />

2-year Limited Customer Warranty<br />
What this limited warranty covers and for how long:<br />
Orbit Baby, Inc. (“Orbit Baby”) warrants that the product accompanied by this limited<br />
warranty is free from manufacturing defects in material or workmanship for a period<br />
of two (2) years from the date of original purchase. This warranty only applies to the<br />
original purchaser of the product. The limited warranty period also applies to any implied<br />
warranties that may exist under applicable law. Some States do not allow limitations on<br />
how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.<br />
What this Limited Warranty does not cover:<br />
This limited warranty does not apply to: (1) defects resulting from repair (except by<br />
Orbit Baby or its authorized service representatives) or alteration of the product, (2)<br />
defects resulting from use with covers, inserts, accessories, tightening devices, or other<br />
components not supplied by or expressly approved in writing by Orbit Baby, and (3)<br />
defects resulting from misuse, including any use not in accordance with the product<br />
instructions, abuse, accident, neglect, improper maintenance or handling, or normal wear<br />
and tear.<br />
What Orbit Baby will do:<br />
If you believe the product is defective please return it to Orbit Baby in the manner<br />
described below within the limited warranty period. If Orbit Baby determines a defect is<br />
covered by this limited warranty, Orbit Baby will, at its option, repair or replace the product<br />
or components of the product. This limited warranty extends to repaired and replacement<br />
products and components only through the end of the original limited warranty period.<br />
Limitation of Remedies under Limited Warranty:<br />
Your remedies under this limited warranty are limited to repair or replacement of the<br />
product or components of the product. In no event will Orbit Baby or any of its retailers,<br />
dealers, distributors or resellers be liable for incidental, indirect or consequential damages<br />
relating to the product (including any repaired or replacement product or component) or<br />
its use. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential<br />
damages, so the above limitation and exclusion may not apply to you.<br />
How State law applies:<br />
This limited warranty gives you specifi c legal rights, and you may have other rights which<br />
vary from State to State.<br />
What you must do to get service under this limited warranty:<br />
To make a claim under this limited warranty you must fi rst contact Orbit Baby. You can<br />
email support@orbitbaby.com, write to Orbit Baby, 8445 Central Ave., Newark, CA 94560,<br />
or call 1-877-ORB-BABY. You must provide proof of purchase in the form of your original<br />
sales receipt in order to obtain service under this limited warranty.<br />
