Contractor's offerings for use by Oty's Division of Police for special operations under
the offerings, terms and conditions contained in Contractor's Proposal attached as
Exhibit "A" and expressly incorporated herein.
3. Contractor understands and agrees that any authorized Division of Police
personnel may use any of the rental cars and any one particular car mayor may not
be assigned to anyone particular Officer. Division of Police personnel that receive
vehicles from Contractor shall sign only as needed to acknowledge receipt of vehicle
from Contractor.
3. Contractor shall maintain adequate records of services performed for City
under this Agreement and will comply with all record keeping requirements required
by law or audit standards.
4. Contractor shall submit all reports or records regarding services
performed under this Agreement that are requested by the Director.
5. Contractor shall not perform any services in addition to those stated in
this Agreement without the express prior written approval of the Director, and only
upon certification of funds sufficient to pay for the cost of the additional services.
ARTICLE II. TERM
The term of this Agreement shall begin upon the Effective Date entered
above and shall expire six months later, unless extended by the City or unless sooner
terminated under the provisions of this Agreement, or upon exhaustion of all funds
certified to this Agreement, whichever shall occur first.
ARTICLE III. COMPENSATION
A. The City shall pay Contractor for completing all services required under
this Agreement an amount not to exceed Forty-Five Thousand Dollars ($45,000.00).
Contractor shall bill City on a monthly basis for services performed and at the rates
contained in Exhibit A. No other charges shall be billed Oty without the Oty's express
written agreement.
