Served as one of two expert panelists, by invitation, on the Exemplary Validation<br />
Program (EVP) Review Team through the Los Angeles County Office of<br />
Education, 2008-2009. Roles and responsibilities included:<br />
o Conducting program observations at each of the two sites and provided<br />
brief feedback to FLSN and the candidates on the presence of promising<br />
practices and critical elements of a comprehensive family literacy<br />
