<strong>The</strong> wsuipa package defines all of the above as ordinary characters, not as accents.<br />
However, it does provide \diatop and \diaunder commands, which are used to compose<br />
diacritics with other characters. For example, \diatop[\overring|a] produces<br />
“a ”, and \diaunder[\underdots|a] produces “a”. See the wsuipa documentation<br />
for more information.<br />
