being progressed locally.<br />

However, in recent<br />

correspondence the National<br />

Commissioning Board<br />

acknowledged that the<br />

Health <strong>and</strong> Social Care SAF<br />

is the wrong vehicle <strong>and</strong> this<br />

is for Health <strong>and</strong> Wellbeing<br />

Boards to determine<br />
