Member or Renew Your<br />
Membership<br />
Online:<br />
Go to WWW.EMORY.EDU/GIVE<br />
1. Choose “Arts <strong>at</strong> <strong>Emory</strong>” from “Select<br />
Direction” menu.<br />
2. Choose “<strong>Friends</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Music</strong>” from the<br />
“Select Fund” menu.<br />
3. Insert Appeal Code “D0FMA” and click<br />
“NEXT”.<br />
4. Select or type in the amount th<strong>at</strong> corresponds<br />
to the desired membership<br />
level (see reverse).<br />
5. Complete payment and personal<br />
inform<strong>at</strong>ion to finish transaction.<br />
