certified in sleep medicine and available to provide surgical
treatments for obstructive sleep apnea and snoring. he sees
patients at cleveland clinic’s main campus, Beachwood family
health and surgery center, and the sleep center at fairhill.
dr. Kominsky, a staff member of the head & neck institute, is
joint-appointed in cleveland clinic’s sleep disorders center.
The center, a part of the neurological institute, is a multispecialty,
comprehensive program dedicated to the diagnosis and
treatment of sleep and awake disorders in children and adults.
The center, which is accredited by the american academy of
sleep medicine, comprises specialists in neurology, pediatrics,
pulmonary medicine, internal medicine, psychiatry, psychology,
otolaryngology and dentistry. more than 6,000 sleep
studies are performed each year.
