The perfect weather to dive is when there are no waves and no
current, there is good visibility and it is a sunny day.
Between 85 degrees Fahrenheit and 70 degrees Fahrenheit is
about the most comfortable temperatures. Ninety degrees and
above is warm water a may not be comfortable. Sixty five and
below maybe so cooled that you can go into hypothermia.
Keeping track of body heat loss is important for your safety. But
you could be in that water longer if you have the right
equipment and a wetsuit.
Bad diving conditions means there would be a current, bad
visibility and some what cloudy day. The worst weather would
be a thunder storm or hurricane and you can’t go diving at all.
