ENVIRONMENTAL STATUS: <strong>The</strong> City has performed an<br />

Environmental Initial Study, which has determined that no significant<br />

negative environmental impacts would result from the proposed<br />

project with implementation of mitigation measures.<br />

<strong>The</strong>refore, a Mitigated Negative Declaration is recommended for<br />

adoption. <strong>The</strong> draft Mitigated Negative Declaration was available<br />

for public review from December 20, 2010 to January 10, <strong>2011</strong>.<br />

<strong>The</strong> final Mitigated Negative Declaration is being considered by the<br />

Planning and Building Director as part of this application.<br />
