Workshop: Flow Assurance – The Healthy and<br />
Happy Field<br />
Deleum participated in the Flow Assurance – The Healthy and<br />
Happy Field, held in Bangkok, Thailand, organised by Society of<br />
Petroleum Engineers (SPE). The Group presented the effectiveness<br />
of our home-grown product SolidClenz TM in addressing organic<br />
solid deposit problems in flow conduits.<br />

Completion of the Acquisition of Deleum<br />
Primera<br />
Deleum had via its wholly-owned subsidiary, Deleum Services<br />
Sdn. Bhd., completed the acquisition of 60% equity interest in<br />
Northern Primera Sdn. Bhd., now known as Deleum Primera.<br />
Deleum Primera is a provider of integrated corrosion and<br />
inspection services using mainly Sponge-Jet technology.<br />

2012 SPE Asia Pacific Oil & Gas Conference<br />
and Exhibition (2012 APOGCE)<br />
Deleum participated in the 2012 APOGCE hosted by the SPE<br />
Western Australian Section in Perth, Australia. Themed<br />
‘Providing a Bright Future’, the 2012 APOGCE provided an<br />
opportunity for industry professionals to share the best<br />
practices on exploration, drilling and production technology.<br />

The Group launched a new corporate website which is more<br />
informative and accessible, featuring a new design providing<br />
