Earth Hour 2012<br />
Deleum continued to support the global Earth Hour in 2012.<br />
The employees and their families were encouraged to turn off<br />
lights for one hour or more in support of the global collaborative<br />
awareness message for action against climate change.<br />

Recycling Programme<br />
In line with our Corporate Responsibility initiatives towards<br />
protecting the environment and workplace, Deleum encourages<br />
all the employees to participate in the Recycling Programme<br />
by segregating their waste according to the recycling bins.<br />
It is aimed to enhance staff awareness on the importance of<br />
recycling of non-renewable and renewable resources, as well<br />
as to promote a clean and green working environment.<br />

Donations to Underprivileged Home<br />
During the Ramadhan month, Deleum initiated a ‘Donations to<br />
the Underprivileged Home’ programme through collections and<br />
donations of pre-loved clothes, items, books and toys from its<br />
employees. Asrama Darul Falah PERKIM (ASDAF), a home which<br />
houses orphans and children from poor families including<br />
‘Orang Asli’ children were the beneficiaries of this programme.
